Hello,



I'm stuck with Merrill, I've got 100% friendship and flirted with her from the
start of the game but nothing happens.  Also I read she has a quest called
Mirror Quest, but whenever I visit her in her home she just bangs on about it
being a mess.

Can anyone help?

well... i was never able to get her on the friendship side. i had her maxed out on the rivalry side and was able to do all of her quests and everything...

From my understanding so far with you want a hetrosexual relationship Bioware will make it harder for you. For example a females first time speaking with Merrill in her home she will get a Romance option.

Same with if your a male and you first speak with Anders unlike a female an option will automatically open up.

Isabela doesn't count since really its possible she a man from BG

It seems some of her quests are bugged, but I haven't had a problem with her. Aren't you supposed to take her to the Dalish camp? Also, I hate that the first time you talk to either fenris or anders as a male after recruiting them they are trying to get in your pants...

Bioware is pushing homosexual relationships in this game it seems. Roll a female and look how hard it is to get with Anders lol

I didn't notice on my male rogue play through, but on my female warrior I got this option, so it's there, I think it depends how you come talking to him.  LOL most the times she's a Bit@$ to who ever she talks to, except she's been real sweet with Merrill.  Av is hateing me though cause I keep doing slightly self fesh acts that I didn't do as a Rogue.

Okay thanks for info I guess I have a bug but the thing is I can't finish two other quest until the Mirror Quest starts

I got a Merrill romance option as a male hawke my first time talking to her in her house.

But for Merrill, her romance doesnt really go anywhere until act 2.  You can flirt with her before, but it just seems to go over her head.

As for the "Mirror Quest" that happens in Act 3, so depending on what act youre in, you may have either missed it, or you may need to advance the story a bit for it to happen.

Thank you, I'm in Act two.  I got the romance option in act 1 as well but nothing in act two.

Yes the romance doesn't really go anywhere untill act 2. However before I even took her to finish her mirrior quest. I hade her moved inside the estate. Pretty early on in Act 2. What you need to do is remove her from group, go to her place and interact with her more, and pick the heart symbol choice

Do you lose Merril if you side with the Templars? Even if you're with a romantic relationship with her?

You cant get Merrill into bed until the final act.

Your Hawke must have a lot of patience to wait six years to get laid.

You can invite her into your estate in Act 2 and ask her to move in.
You can still romance her if you side with the templars, you just have to say that "Anders tied your hands."

He tried to hit me while playing male and i managed to hit him while playing whit female so i bet hes bi-sexual

Romancing Anders as fHawke was easy as long as I sided with mages on most quests.

I was able to bed Merrill right after her Act 2 quest with maxed friendship. Not sure I would've been able to if I'd chosen differently...
