Per topic. I've been through all of Gamlen's house, Worthy lets me order. I've found several. But no place to put them on items.

Speak to Sendal, near in the Merchant's Guild or whatever it's called. It's in High Town, and it's marked with a black cross on the map.

You can find your old friend Sandal ("Enchantment!") standing not far from Bartrend in Hightown.
