So the rune of fortune increases money dropped from creatures killed. Does the creature killed have to be by the person who is wearing the rune of fortune or does the rune affect the whole party regardless of who killed the creature? Is rune of fortune any good in getting good anyway?
Also the same question about hindsight, where one of Hindsight's abilities is that enemies drop better equipment. But who has to kill the enemy?

And in a related question, what about the item which improves the loot dropped by enemies? Does that have to be held by Hawke, or can anyone have it to get the benefit?

It stacks up to at least 4 runes of fortune and a single "drops more coin item."
You can test is yourself easily by creating runes of fortune on the Bulwark Shield and opening a treasure chest with and without the shield equipped. Large difference.

I have all party members with fortune armor echantment and I wear a drop more coin item. Also wear gloves of Nug which gets better loot. I'm positive it stacks as I'm getting 30 to 50 silver now per body.
