No party banter that I've heard, but Aveline does ask Hawke about it at one point, I think during The Long Road.

The only one I saw was Sebastian asking Isabela about it.  And she mentions that Hawke is a tiger in the sheets.  Goes all night, every night is what she said I think and it causes Sebastian to blush and she teases him about it.

Put Sebastian and Isabela in your party and you'll get a reference:)
Also when doing aveline's quest have Isabela in party.
Leandra references Isabela.

Yeah, I romanced her out myself and didn't get an outfit change. On the flip side, Anders' outfit changed but I didn't even romance him at all.

OT Party banter with Fem hawke Romancing isablea comes from varric, He asks how two woman do it, never heard Bela's answer as we got jumped by raiders!

As for the guys' change in outfit:

Anders' outfit only changes if you do everything to help him in the Justice quest (it has no relation to a romance).

The only thing I noticed about Fenris was that after I romanced him, he got a red band around his wrist.

Isabella's outfit is bugged for me though. I will try the fix; thanks!

I have a feeling we will get some Alternate Appearance Packs. If not it will forever be a problem I have with this game. 10 years and no one ever changes their clothes except for Hawke? Ewwwwwww.

Ya I discovered the Izzy bug on my first playthrough, the Respec worked like a charm when I didn't even know it was going to, so that was a pleasant surprise. I actually really like Izzy's costume change, i find it very striking. I kinda understand people saying it's minor but I don't think it is, Fenris is a minor change. Izzy get's a new corset, shoulder pad, sash, infact everything is new on her.

The respeccing does get the outfit to switch, but there is a bug with that as well.  If you have already bought the armor upgrade for her that gives the enchant slot, it makes the slot disappear...  Now I have to choose which I want bad enough.  

Edit - Not sure, why, but the slot is back now.  Meh, nevermind.

Its a nice outfit.. for Hawke perhaps but not a companion. I think Merrill's outfit is a little vulgar in comparison to other characters "upgrades" I wonder why they made such a drastic change to her alone.. Its a shame too because I liked Merrill..

Use the Maker's Sigh, or romance Fenris, and break off the romance, then pursue romance with Isabela. It fixed the bug for me.

Oddly enough, I've occasionally gotten the new outfit to stick after rivalry sex. It doesn't always do that though, I'm not sure why.

Edit: Party members who mention Hawke + Isabela:

- Aveline will mention Hawke + Isabela during "The Long Road" briefly if you ask for further information about why Donnic.
- Merrill has two separate banters that mention Hawke + Isabela. She'll ask why Isabela is smiling, and Isabela will just comment that she's happy. The second banter has two different endings. Both start with Merrill saying "Isabela, I think Hawke likes you." If Isabela has confessed her feelings and had them reciprocated (100% Questioning Beliefs), Isabela will say "I certainly hope so!". If she hasn't, Merrill will continue a bit and Isabela will say "Hmm, I'll have to think on that."
- Sebastian will ask why Isabela is still around. Isabela will say it's for the sex, and about how Hawke is a tiger between the sheets. If she's not being romanced, she'll say she's staying for her year-long membership at the Blooming Rose.
- Varric would ask about whether it's a good idea to be with Isabela, since she might stab Hawke in the back, but this quest is currently bugged. He will ask about whoever the current romance is.

Both Leandra and Gamlen will mention Isabela + Hawke. Leandra will say "I've heard that pirate girl of yours talk", while Gamlen will say "I've heard you've been slipping it to that pirate **** in the tavern".
