 So I have Varric set up with Lingering Shroud, ambush, and bursting arrow with smoking arrow upgrade.  This lets him be obscured.  I need him to stealth after firing bursting arrow so that he is obscured and stealthed, then unleash hail of arrows so that each hit is a critical hit and he remains stealthed.  I can't seem to set up a tactic for him to ever stealth.  Anyone know a reliable tactic to cause him to stealth in this scenario?

Enemy: Any -> stealth #2
Enemy: Any -> Hail of arrows #3

That wouldn't work?
