Kinda weird how Zevran appears in this when in DA:O there was an option to kill him, which I took. Continuity error? Did they not think to import this? Or is it assumed he survived like Isabela's friend in The Hanged Man

It was really his evil twin brother Sevran that assumed his identity.

Yeah, apparently the quest shouldn't even appear if you killed Zevran.PureGold_Au wrote...

I didn't kill him in my import... but I noticed in the battle with Meredith he was there fighting. Is this just in my game or everyone's?

start of act 3 outside the blooming rose, its a tough battle to get to zevran, but do it before merril's demon quest or you wont get to zev

The quest giver isnt there and i havent done Merrills quest yet, it has something to do with the import. Which sucks because one of Isabela upgrades are tied to this quest.

David Gaider of the Future: "We felt it was more important to have Bethany return as a boinking option in Dragon Age 3 than to leave her corpse in the Deep Roads. I mean, come on people, you were the ones who complained about her not being a romance option in DA2. This is your fault."
"You see, Alistair didn't actually chop Loghain's head off. It just looked like he did. Loghain actually used a body double, which is why he's back and complaining about Orlais again. We wouldn't do this unless we wanted to, that's something you have to understand."
"On the subject of the Dark Ritual: No, it isn't canon. Just because the hero of Dragon Age 4 is the Old God Baby doesn't mean that it's canon. You still made a choice in Origins. We are just choosing to tell you you're wrong, and if you want to make bad choices you should upload a different save. Thanks for playing."
"This is the last time I'm telling you people, the Architect doesn't have to be alive for his architecting to be in Dragon Age 4. You don't seem to understand that choices are important to us, but that doesn't mean that your choosing things is something that we have to acknowledge. Sometimes we choose to not like your choice. That's our right as writers. What you need to do is make the choices you're supposed to in the next game, and then the choices will have a long lasting impact. Thanks again!"
Though on a serious note, Zevran being in the game even when dead in the imported game -is- a bug, I read.
