Yes they are. On the box. Before I (and fellow gamers) open said box which will in turn become "unreturnable". afterwards. EULA? Bullcrap. You only see the EULA after you open the game and install it. I honestly don't know anymore who's worse. The game distributors/manufacturers or the pirates.

As for the unstickying of this thread! Of course they did. They needed it buried deep and as soon as possible, because they know they lied and they want everything they said (their lies) to disappear before anyone in the legal system sees it, and probably because it was advised by their lawyers to make it go away fast. Too bad some people have probably already taken copies of all the threads where they lied and what info they have been telling people on here. 

In other words, they can try to hide it, but it's not going to work. The same as giving away ME 2 as a thankyou. Really, if anyone believes that, then they are very vulnerable. It was done to hopefully keep the angry ones quiet while they decide what to do about all the issues with DA 2, but they forget that most here already have ME 2, so that's another fail on their behalf.

Right now they're doing a ****** poor job of everything and they still have a lot to learn.

I was almost bit by the SecruROM bug...That nasty DADC confirmation popped up when I tried to play for the first time; glad I said no. Applying the 1.01 update then trying to play again nuked it in certain order, so the 1.01 update does remove it. A scanner confirmed no crapware present on my system.
