Well I beat Dragon Age 2 two nights ago and had mixed emotions about the entire ending as well as a bit confused about the ending but I'll answer that in due time, I didn't have my own character save because of other things anyway, After thinking through the game I realized something. The Game, when you play as Hawke, only lasts 7 years. One year working off your debts for mercs or smugglers, 3 after deep roads expidition, and finally 3 after defeating the Qunari and becoming champion. Then the game leads to the end. I think. I MAY be miscounting. But if I am right then that means that there are 3 years of hawkes life missing... Can someone confirm or deny this? Maybe Varric is telling the story 10 years from the start and THAT is counted as 10 years. Whatever it is can someone help me with this?
