I entered the code for my armor as per the instructions indicated. It said my dlc had been successfully unlocked. Yet when I check my listing of dlc it's not there. That of course means it doesn't show up when I access the dlc trunk in Act 1.
I'm having the same issue with the Blood Dragon armor; I have played Mass Effect 2, entered the code long ago, etc. but still no armor unlock.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to get these armor types for use.
Sir Isaac of Clarke armor not appearing...

There are many of us suffering from the same issue, Soulcrusher. So far through several emails with EA support and one Live Chat, my issue is still unresolved. I've decided to go play other games until they've been able to sort out this ball of yarn.
