I have flirted with various characters, as is befitting
the personality of my Hawke. However, I am concerned that I will be
'locked in' to one particular relationship at some stage.

I have done the following, and hope that those who have played more will be able to shed some light on the issue -

Had a quick knee-trembler with Isabella. Afterwards, she said "Oh god, you're not all emotional are you" and thinking of her flighty personality I said something like "Nah, this was a bit of fun" - there was no broken heart option.

Next, some dialogue and flirting with anders, leads to ... 'if your door is open, I'll know you want me' - I think he spent the night(?)

Following
that scene with anders, a number of other characters have given me the
"Questioning Beliefs" quest - does this mean the game is only
recognising Anders as a relationship (since I wasn't clingy with
Isabella) or do I still have some ways to go before a definite choice is
made (and more importantly, is that choice clearly given?)

short version : treated isabella well but unsure if I've stuffed up and locked her out as a romance option. Help advise, please. Surely others must be in the same (if not similar) circumstances.
