so i found a broken quest called Raiders on the Cliffs.   If you have aveline in your party and you talk to Liutenant Hartley.  If you select that you want to attack them together, you will have to rally the men.  Once you do your speech and the cutscene is over.    You get +10 friendship.

The thing is that you can keep talking to Hartley and doing the same dialogue and keep getting aveline friendship till you max her out.  

Thought i'd point it out incase any bioware folks need to report this bug
