I looked every where I just can find the rune crafting table that was showed to me when I was just starting out. Please help.
Where do I buy/make runes so I can have Sandal implace them?

There are some runes for sale around the city as well, though they are less powerful than the ones you can craft once you find resource deposits around the world. But yes, Hammer is right, there will be a place in your current home to order new ones, making it easier to collect them.
