sorry if this was already discussed but for the sidequest " Bottled Scar 5:34 Exalted in Lowtown, after I found the NPC (Elven Vintner) to turn in the quest, the quest marker wont go away. so everytime i talk to him, back to back, he'd give me 250 exp and 50 silvers. so i guess even tho i got the quest completed in my journal, it seems like the NPC doesnt recognize that it's already done.
anybody experienced this as well?
does this NPC have any other involvement in the story? i mean, does he not give me any more quest or some parts of the story might not occur since i have this bug?
