I have the Who needs rescuing? quest in my journal. When I go to the Wounded Coast, only the Bandit boss is present & he doesn't do anything, doesn't attack & I can't interact with him in any way, he just stands there. So I cannot complete the quest. Also there is no quest marker on either the area map or the Wounded Coast icon in the main map.
