I cannot get the quest "Magistrate's Orders" b/c I did not side with mercenaries in prologue. So where do I get the gland from instead? Secondly, how does the quest "Bone Pit" trigger, cause I have not gotten it yet?

If i recall correctly, you get the bone pit quest from Hubert in Hightown.(Someone please correct me if i'm wrong.)
