The quest that I find Shaemus dead in the Chantry.  Ever since the cutscene when I bend down to inspect his body, my upper body still has the arms bent and back crooked like when I was leaning over.  I look like I'm running around with a broken arm and neck all the time.

I called that the scarecrow, same thing happened to me multiple times. Just save/reload and its gone.
