Yes, a lot of people are disappointed with Dragon Age 2. I am one of them, I feel there are a lot of things they could have done better.

However, the rampant fanboyism of certain parties on both sides of the argument need to stuff it.

-Fanboys who liked Dragon Age 2: To you the game might be the greatest ever, but accusing people who disliked the game of hating Bioware entirely are just as bad as...

-Fanboys who hate Bioware completely due to Dragon Age 2: Come on, even if you didn't like the game because it was different from Origins does not mean it will sour your opinion of the games you do like. If you loved Origins, play Origins. Don't feel that you should hate it because one game didn't turn out the way we might have hoped.

I pity the moderate people trapped between these two extremes. We apparently aren't allowed to make constructive criticism about what can be fixed, or enjoy the game for what it is, without either group of said extremists bringing down hate and anger.

But I guess on the internet nobody is allowed an opinion that goes unquestioned.
