 In Act 2, I made her give up the mirror because I thought it was an unhealthy obsession, but then I realized that in order to complete certain things (such as finding Felandaris) requires a quest of hers which involves the mirror in act 3. Am I screwed in terms of being able to do the quest or do I have to go to an old save? Thanks.

according to dragon age wiki, you should still be able to do it.
