I pre ordered my game a few weeks before launch at EB Games and only realized a few days after picking it up that they didn't give me a code for the Lion of Orlais shield and Fadeshear.

The guide for redeeming these items however does not mention a key that you are given but instead a UPC code. The only thing is my game is already registered, when I go to the page where they ask me to register my game it says "Click here to remove registration." and neither of the two items appear under my "Registered game content" page.

So am I supposed to unregister my game and then try to register it again? (I haven't tried this yet for fear of it saying my game had already been registered once and then being stuck unregistered)

I had to email the store where I pre-ordered from and "remind" them a couple times, they eventually sent out the key. Having to deal with stuff like this kinda takes the fun out of it all.
