Apologies if this is in the incorrect place. I thought that because it doesn't contain any spoilers, and is more assumptions/questions, it would be fine? *shrugs*

I played as a Mage in Origins. I'm playing as a Mage in this game also. I had started my third game last night, because i wasn't happy with things concerning my previous characters (i'm silly like that). Anyways, once i got to the house, i popped into my inventory to equip things i had gathered so far, and noticed an item, titled as such - 'Imported' Circle Staff.

Unfortunately, i wasn't happy with this character when thinking about it (why can't i change my name with the Black Emporium also?), so the data was erased. I've started endless new games since, to try and see if it happens again. But so far it hasn't.

So, i was wondering, with the known bugs/glitches when it comes to importing data from the previous game to this one, was this evidence that it had 100% worked correctly? Was the 'Imported' Circle Staff a sign that the import of my data fully recognized because my character from Origins started in the Circle of Magi? Or, like normally, am i reading way too much into it?

BioWare, have you any knowledge on this, at all?

You "imported" that staff in your year working with Athenril's "shipping company."

Ohh right. XD Well, thanks for the clear up. I feel very silly now then. Haha.

And i really do apologise for the spam of this thread. I posted it once, but then it didn't show. A second time it didn't, so i thought it was because it was in the wrong section. So i went elsewhere with it. Don't know whats going on with the others though...
