I believe Sandal is an active, undercover fragment of Flemeth that spies on the heroes of each Dragon Age adventure behind the guise of innocence and autism. Whether it's an ogre frozen solid before Sandal's feet or a pride demon's corpse that rots fresh just feet away from Sandal's smiling and happy body, Sandal is always able to take care of any enemy he/she comes across. That is because it is truly Flemeth that lurks inside of Sandal's body, or at least a backup fragment of Flemeth should adventurers not keep their dark promises.

Prove me wrong.

I think I posted this in the great lost void of no updates yesterday - this is a Sandal conspiracy to be sure.

I think its the reverse or him and Flemeth represent a different party from the other. Sandal may be on the Makers side, or a High Old God, and Felemeth is a former high god.

I suppose him being an old god makes sense. I always thought of him as the missing link. The only Dwarf able to use magic, taken from after he froze the ogre he stated "Not enchantment."

Sandal seriously gives me the chills just for being Sandal. If he is something more aswell im not sure ill have sanity left after DA3

I think he got dumbed in DA2, I lol'ed at him going "woooof woooff wooof!!" at my dog and bodhan saying "hes picked up language of the wardens dog"

If you read him page on the wiki is notes that he may be the only dwarf mage
