If Leliana dies in the Sacred Ashes quest in DAO, does it afffect DA2? Does she not show up in Sebastian's Quest/the ending video? And if so, who is she replaced by?

In addition to that, how does the dialogue differ if your Warden romanced her? I imagine it would be different.

I never even picked her up in Lothering, but she was still there as a Seeker in the end... hmmm :b

She shows up in both. It's completely and utterly handwaved as like, the Maker said so.

Probably not.

My Warden was Morrigan's baby daddy, but people act as if he made the Ultimate Sacrifice.

I kinda hope they patch that. :P

I romanced her in my DAO playthrough and she didn't really say anything different as far as I know.

Word? Nothing else is different about the dialogue?

Her dialogue in the Sebastian side-quest is (or at least should be) slightly different if you romanced her in Origins, but I gather there is an import bug with one of the Origins DLCs (I think it's Witch Hunt) that will prevent the Origins romance flag from being read correctly. If you romanced her she should talk about how the your warden is dear to her heart, so if you're just getting her talking about how she hasn't seen them in years then you are probably bugged.

Her dialogue in the end scene is the same for all playthroughs.

My Warden romanced her and she didn't appear to act any differently.

EDIT: Although, I don't have The Exiled Prince DLC, so I only saw her at the end.

If you left her in Lothering, she left for her own reasons before the Blight came.

If you killed her at the Ashes, the curative power in the chamber that didn't disipate when you destroyed the Ashes brought her back to life over the six years she laid there.

There, explained.

It's glitched. Some have it, but apparently there's a problem with Witch Hunt.

Really, that sucks. Is there a fix coming soon and will I have to replay the game for the relationship to be achknolwadged in Dragon Age 3?

EDIT: Never played Whitch Hunt. As I recal, she said something about "Writing many songs about our time together", is that supposed to happen?

Yeah she said that for me as well, just before saying she hadn't seen the warden in years. So it was bugged. :crying:

I had Isabela with me and in my original playthrough we had the foursome (zevran, leliana, isabela, warden). Isabela mentioned it when Hawke met with Leliana. I had imported from an Awakenings save and Leliana mentioned that she wrote many songs during her time with the warden and that she hasn't seen him in many years. Not sure if thats bugged or not. Maybe a Dev can clear this up.

I dont recall seeing zevran in my playthrough (he was mentioned by isabela tho), i killed him in my playthrough at the first encounter.

So, it worked for me.

Was it bugged for you? If not, what type of save did you import? Just Origins?

Does Zhevran show up in DA2? I never met him at all, and I think I did all the quests except for like 2 side quests.

Not bugged for me (I'm actually the one who updated the wiki). I only imported Origins because I wasn't entirely happy with my Awakenings ending. I was going to finish an ideal playthrough on Awakenings and do another playthrough of DA2 later, but after hearing all the bugs I think I'll wait a bit till they get the import kinks worked out.

I would be so sad if my warden's romance with Leliana got bugged into non-existence. I got stupidly attached to them as a duo. :P

He shows up in the side quest "A Murder of Crows". If Isabela is with you she'll sleep with him (though if you're in a romance with her you can either tell her you'd rather she didn't or join them for a threeway).

Zev also shows up in the final battle, if you had good relations with him in his quest.

I see. I guess I'll keep my current DA2 playthrough (imported from Witch Hunt) around and start a new one with just the import from Origins.

I enjoyed Awakening a fair bit but if I have to chose between a few choices from there and a non-bugged Leliana, I will go with Leli everytime. ;) I really love my Warden paired with Leliana as well. I can't stand it being bugged :(

So great, now I have to wait for a patch and then replay it and make all the same decisions if I want the relationship to exist <_<

What bothers me more is that end-video is a pre-rendered cinematic. And there Leliana mentions that Warden is missing. Where's my happily-ever-after, Bioware?
