We were experiencing some technical issues on the BioWare Social Network website over the past few hours. These issues were affecting the ability to post or causing posts to appear much later.  The website was also unavailable at certain times.

These issues have been fixed and we are making our best effort to ensure this doesn't happen again.  Thank you for your patience.

WHEN IS BIOWARE GOING TO FIX THE DOWNLOAD CONTENT FOR SOME PEOPLE??? I HAVE ALL THE ADDONS AND BOUGHT MOST OF THE OTHER ITEM CODES. THEY SHOW UP ON MY BIOWARE ACCOUNT BUT IN GAME. I CONTACTED LIVE SUPPORT 4 TIMES AND NOTHING. THEY KEEP TELLING ME SOMEONE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU WITHIN 12-24 HOURS TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT ITS BEEN ALMOST 4 DAYS AND STILL WAITING,. I AM GETTING VERY VERY UPSET. I JUST CANT GET AN ANSWER TO WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Just bought Dragon age 2 and it wont let me use my registration code to play, it says the code has already been used even though i just bought it does that mean someone stole the key and im out of luck or that im doing something wrong to register it?

I can't enter the game. It;s says that: "There's a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game." I already reinstalled it twice, but it didn't work. What can i do more?

INVALID PERSONA/GAME COMBINATION has been on my profile diagnostics for months now.

I DID change my gamertag. But EVERYTHING is linked on the EA website, and it is also showing up perfectly fine on this site (my new gamtertag).

HOWEVER, I still keep getting the invalid persona/game combination message under profile diagnostics.

I have done everything I know how to do, and I CANNOT get Bioware's attention, and no one I've called at EA can help me. They even escalated my trouble ticket to tier 3. I have exhausted EVERY option, and have gone over the FAQ section rgarding problems with getting characters to upload, with a fine tooth comb.

And no, this is NOT me, just being ignorant about the fact that sometimes it takes a while for my character to update, or appear on the page.

I know about removing armor, and re equipping armor, then saving, etc. I know those tricks.

This is something entirely different.

I swear to goodness DOESN'T ANYONE FROM BIOWARE MONITOR THESE FORUMS?

I have not been able to upload a character for 4 months. Since December, of 2010.

I HAVE ALSO SET MY XBOX LIVE gamertag as my DEFAULT PERSONA on the EA website.

I have invested hundreds of dollars into Dragon Age 1, 2 and legends. I even hunted down every piece of DLC in existence, going as far as buying the entitlement codes for promo and pre-order DLC through ebay.

I really deserve for my profile to be working.

Has anyone else ever had this problem????????

Ok, i bought the exiled prince, and already donwloaded...Varrel is already available on my team, but i cant go anywhere!!!!

All the places are locked!!
What do i have to do??

And this forum is a totally mess!!!

Should be an giant thing saying "suport"..
Is it too much ask for help at EA games ???

Scroll down, look for the link under "Help" that says "Support". Apart from that, you might want to try the (self-help) tech support forums.
