I have a friend that's having major issues with the Promo Codes for the Dead Space 2 Armor, Here's our conversation:

Thookins (That's his Gamertag): My Dead Space 2 suit still is not showing up in my game anywhere.  It's
still not highlighted under "Extras" even though EA has given me three
replacement codes.  I want my suit!  Your codes are broken.  Big surprise there.

Me: I'll take 'em from you anytime Thookins!

Thookins: This would be funny if I wasn't pissed.  Three codes.  Three codes that don't work.  Grrr. You
think EA would learn to change their code system after all the same
problems happened with Mass Effect 2.  But of course, they HAVE to have
people go to their website to "activate" their codes.  The one I
activated in Xbox Live's "redeem code" section worked fine.  Always has. EA's
support system is equally as broken.  Two times I was on live chat
support with an EA agent.  Two times they basically said they can't do
anything and a senior staff agent will review my case and email me.  Two
times I received an email that told me "I hope we fixed the problem, if
not, please contact us again."  Utterly worthless... I've always
disliked EA due to their business practices.  This all just makes me
dislike them more.  The only thing that saves them is the fact that they
produce some great games.

Me: But what about here Thookins: Bioware's Social Site

Sign in with the Email/Ea Account linked to your Gamertag. Go to your profile then in the left Menu go to profile then "Your registered game content". If
it shows in there then all you need to do is retrieve the armor in
(From what i've read) Gamlem's House. If it doesn't show, in the same
site go to Profile again and then Redeem Promo Code. You have to
enter the -'s too by the way. Make sure it's in Caps and try again if
the first time doesn't work. Sometimes one character may look like a 6
when it's actually a G or something like that. And if this helps
you get the Armor, i would seriously like one of them codes. Still don't
have one... But enough of that, hope you get it man.

Thookins: I've done all that.  Three times...  I did that BEFORE I went through
all the extra steps with the EA support agents.  It says the codes have
been redeemed and the armor will be in my game.  It is not.  The system
is broken.  I paid for DS2 which gave out this code.  Doesn't work.  No one will get any codes from me while I can't unlock it.

One time it could be someone getting Lucky, but Three to Four times? That's Ridiculous.
What do you think? I'll be posting this at EA's forums as well.
