I was just thinking, with the Arishok "stranded" in Kirkwall, what do the rest of the Qunari do without their military leader, especially with their wars with the Imperium in the North?

Just a random thought I had. Also, does anyone know who voices the Arishok? It's one of the most epic voices I've ever heard!

There is more than one Arishok, just like there is more than one Sten

Replacement most likely, however I would assume they have more than one. Most Armies worth there salt always have a number of Generals.

This.

Arishok is equivalent to a general. There are others.

Ohh ok, see I thought Arishok was the equivalent of a Governor-General or a Minister of Defence or something. Thanks :)

They aren't all Arishoks, but they have(had) three leaders known as the Triumvirate.

Arishok, Arigena, Ariqun

War, Industry, theology respectively.

There is several Triumvirates for each area occupied by Qunari, since they are spread very far and wide.

I don't think this is explicitly said, but it is the logical assumption.

I think Sten from Origins mentions there being multiple Arishoks. Which would mean there would be more of the other two as well.
