I don't know if this is a bug or not....but when I initiated dialogue with the dog at Gamlen's house (as I do every once in a while), Anders randomly pops out of nowhere and starts talking about how he misses Ser Pounce-a-lot.
Did it happen to anyone else?

Yeah its meant to. Every once in a while you'll have companions visit and have dialogue with the dog and you.

I thought that only happened when you got to Act 2? Never happened to em at Gamlen's place.

Several of the conversations do happen in Act 1, you just need to talk to the dog frequently for them to que up.Warrior61 wrote...
