Hey all,

getting a bit frustrated here ... respecced my 2h dps warrior build to a tanking build (based on Weapon and Shield)  using Maker`s Sigh. However... after loading the specific Save game (made after respeccing ofc ) my build is screwed of with having a few points suddenly spent in Two Handed and suddenly mixing up Specialization points. The warrior is lvl 13 and sitting on 3 specializations ?

Tried this rescpeccing a couple of times now but it keeps bugging out. Anyone else having this problem? Even better .. a solution?

Playing the warrior on my Xbox. Havent tried out respeccing on my pc game yet. Dont wanna screw it up completely...

I've noticed some oddities myself when switching the other way (SnS to 2-Hand). Somehow, I still have Perception (Immunity to Flanking), even though I have none of the prerequisite skills. However, I did pick up the Dull Brass Amulet from the Black Emporium, which gives Immunity to Flanking. While I doubt that your equipment would have any abilities that also show up in the 2-handed school, you might consider checking your equipment, just to be safe.

If you don't clear your custom tactics, your skills bug out and you might end up with a few extra permanent points. I noticed this when my rogue hawke was being controlled by the AI and used Backstab even though I specced out of it. Next thing I knew he had an extra point in one of its upgrades, but not the Backstab skill itself.

Thanks for the reply. I have no +bonus to something in particular gear. Nothing that would be mess up my abilities.

Problem seems solved now by saving multiple times after respeccing. However... i just noticed my party members lost their fancy weapons and accesories i collected during Act I. Do they reset when entering Act II ? Oh hell .....

This makes sense.

I think this is what happened to me. I respecced out of Primal and into Elemental and was pretty surprised to see Hawke casting Tempest everytime I was controlling another character. I checked his abilities, and he had Tempest still, but none of the pre-reqs.

bugging out again. Severely. Cant clear tactics anymore, it resets right after i saved the template. Combat moves of Hawke suddenly reduced to one animation. Hawke wont follow attack order if target isnt in melee range.

Respeccing has been the worst decision ever... Have to reroll my char now. Great.

I've had this happen on my mage. I specced out of elemental and into primal. Every so often, I have Winter's Grasp, Cone of Cold, and Fireball. I never thought to check my tactics, but an extra few talent points never hurt, so I might not worry about it.

I've found a solution to this problem but it isn't pretty. You can use this wonderful tool (gff4editor-0.4.9b.7z): http://social.biowar...ect/1936/#files to edit your save-game file and reset your stats to default for your level. Make sure to use the potion first so you have no abilities left over. More instructions can be found @http://social.biowar...45029/1#6462202
