does anyone else have any quests that they complete showing up in their rumors tab?

to be honest, for me it's only the "Act of Mercy" quest.
completed it a long time ago, but it's always there.

also the quest "who needs rescuing is glitched"
can't attack, talk to, or do any sort of action with the bandit leader.
