Yea, I noticed that too.   Oh well, if you go page by page, I suppose you'll find a few more write ups if you can spare the time.

I'm playing as a Rogue right now on Hard setting so I'm not a great person to ask.  Still, this is working for me so far:

I'm putting 2 pts in Dex and 1 pt in Cun. for one level only to flip it around the next level by putting 2 pts in Cun and 1 in Dex the next.  I'll keep doing this till I get 41 points for both Dex and Cun.  I'm also adding one point to constitution every 4 levels.  I also add a point to willpower when I get free points.

For skills (as a dual weilding rogue), I've had success by putting in most of my points into the backstab, unforgiving chain, explosive strike, twin fangs trees.  I've upgraded them all to the maximum possible.

Aside from that, I also went Duelist at level 7 and put points into Parry.

Other than that, I can't give advice.  Just sharing that the above strategy has worked for me so far. There are far more insightful posts out there than what I have though.

Handy hint - You can do a google search just within one website by using the "site:" command.
e.g. try this in google
max dps rogue build site:social.bioware.com
