After you've killed all the assassins where in the bloody hell do you find Sketch? I've been searching everywhere for that little blighter

After killing all four groups of assassins, go to the docks during the day. He's by the Shady Goods Dealer.

Yelp... I think the quest is bugged. I can't find Sketch on the docks whether it's day or night

He's at the docks at night. For me though I can't complete the quest. I speak to him but the quest marker is still above him and it's still in my log. Playing on the 360.

Bugged for me too on Xbox.
He's on the Docks at night alright, but speaking to him doesn't close the quest properly in my log.
