No, because such trivial features don't fit in with the "streamlined" approach

If you have the black emporium dlc from pre-ordering the game you can use a potion that resets ur attribute points and talent points.

What the guy above me said, The Black Emporium has a potion "Sigh of The Maker" or "Maker's Sigh" or something to that affect, but it let's you re-spec.

It does when you pay extra for it (DLC)

You didn't pay anything extra for it. It came free as a pre-order. The cost of the game then is the same as it is now.

Hehe, you almost make it sound as if activating Bioware DLC was usually a simple matter of inserting the correct  code and then  downloading the goddamned thing. No such luck here.
I predict DA III will have any and all weapons as Exclusive Downloadable Unlockable Special Signature Edition Bonus Don't Buy Used Games You C*** Game Of The Year Complication Archive Collection - content. or EDUSSEBDBUGYCGOTYCAC for short.

Because it is.

Not at all. I recall Stone Prisoner giving me headache in  vanila DA:O. Pretty much everything in Ultimate Edition refused to work in any shape or form without some serious tweaking. Now Black Emporium is refusing to accept my activation code.

Different strokes for different folks. Bugs in the DLC are another thing altogether (in fact, the Maker's Sigh re-spec potions from the Black Emporium were bugged until 1.02, IIRC) but I've never had any trouble installing Bioware DLC, be it purchased, pre-order or bonus content. ::shrug::

The Black Emporium comes with all new purchases of Dragon Age 2. It was not a pre-order bonus.

I don't think so - I just bought Dragons Age 2 on Origin and I didn't get it
