You didn't pay anything extra for it. It came free as a pre-order. The cost of the game then is the same as it is now.Ixalmaris wrote...

Not at all. I recall Stone Prisoner giving me headache in vanila DA:O. Pretty much everything in Ultimate Edition refused to work in any shape or form without some serious tweaking. Now Black Emporium is refusing to accept my activation code.
