as the title says, how do i get the quest " a murder of crows" ?

At the beginning of Act III you should see an Antivan noble (can't remember his name) outside The Blooming Rose, he'll give you the quest.

As long as you haven't done Merill's companion quest in act III, Nuncio should be there. If you have done it, her quest can make it impossible to do the Murder of Crows. So if Nuncio isn't there, that's why. My first playthrough, I realized I was screwed when it came to that quest. This time through, it was the first quest I did upon hitting Act III just so I couldn't screw it up.

I went through all my act 3 saves(pretty much after every quest had one save) and Nuncio was never there, not even at the beginning of act 3.

Imported from DAO, Zev was alive.

  Unless your like me and you Stabbed Zevran when he offered to be in your party or later on he betrayed you and you killed him. then there should be some anitivans outside the Blooming rose in Act 3 that are hunting Zevran.

The Zevran import bug still exists, you can get the quest even if you killed him in DAO. There should be a new quest marker (!) on your map of Hightown during the day. My map showed it and another one for the Qunari swords.

The same goes for me, Have imported a save game where zevran wasn't killed yet Nuncio does not appear in act III outside the blooming rose. Didn't do Merril's quest yet.

If you kill him in DAO but you can still get the quest in DA2 then the whole create your own story bioware has been doing in games all these years is starting to fail.

Your warden sacrifices himself in DAO but somehow continues his journey......wtf?

fyi Mail that appears yellow can only appear if your DAO decisions were made "properly"
