Hi all I pre-orderd my game from Direct2Drive
I don't know why but I got 3 key's
1. Registration Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Used this to install the game.
2. Preorder Promo Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
3. Promo Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

But I don't know what the preorder Promo Code is used and were I use it.
I have redemd the promo code but I can't download anything in the game and I have loged in with my account the same account I registerd my game and the Promo Code.

For any promo codes/pre-order bonus items (Fadeshear, Amulet of Ashes, etc), input your code here - you can then see that they have been added to your account here - there is nothing to download for these and they will simply be enabled ingame.

If applicable to you Signature Edition rewards, The Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince and Dragon Age II Soundtrack - Signature Edition all have to be downloaded from here. Click the "More Info - PC" links then the download links and finally install via the EXEs.
