The small improvements in some areas do not outweigh the massive regressions seen in others so:

I liked DA2, but DAO was definitely better.

Overall, yes - great improvements in many areas ( gameplay, combat, class balance, companions with individual talents, animations, graphics, livelier world, narrative, no generic fantasy story).
But I still prefer Origins as an overall game, DAII just feels rushed and incomplete, the ridiculous reuse of environments kill any replay value for me.

will not pre order any bioware games from now on
and I am extremely dubious about adding any DLC to it, something I did with out thought with origins

No, PC.
DAO was old fashioned but it had a sense of reliability and meandering charm. DA2 just has a feeling of commercialization and 'go,go,go,quick!' about it. It lost it's heart.
