No, PC.
It's a way to spend the time, but it doesn't have the immersion elements of DA;O that kept me playing for hours.

The first question isn't really suitable for a yes or no answer. Some things were better some things worse. Over all I enjoyed it more so I guess yes, but the game does have some unpleasant issues.

I don't think the platform is relevant. But no matter why I liked the game, whatever I say, the conclusion drawn is that I like the second game because I'm playing it on my PS3.
But, yes, I prefer the second game, so far.
