The official System Requirements have been available for a couple of months now, and the game package lists them prominently on the back.

Your poor graphics card was only a borderline device when new, four years ago, and appears to have less than half of the performance of the minimum named card:

www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php

When you have replaced that subminimum part, with something good, and at that point find you are still unable to play the game, I will be available to help you further.

      Minimum:
OS: Windows XP 32-bit with SP3
OS: Windows Vista 32-bit with SP2
      OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (or equivalent) running at 1.8 GHz or greater
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 (or equivalent) running at 1.8 GHz or greater
RAM: 1 GB (1.5 GB Vista and Windows 7)
Video: Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 MB (should be 2600 XT or X1800 GTO)
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS 256 MB cards (unless this should be 7800 GS)
Disc Drive: DVD ROM drive required
      Hard Drive: 7 GB
Sound: Direct X 9.0c Compatible Sound Card Windows Experience Index: 4.5

Laptop or mobile versions of the above supported video cards
have not had extensive testing and may have driver or other
performance issues. As such, they are not officially
           supported in Dragon Age II.

I see. Obviously I need to update my graphics card but do you need to be quite so rude. I thought I had a good system but things seemed to have moved on somewhat unlike manners which seem in very short supply these days. It is as well you are not an employee.

I have the same problem of jeff4u66: is my NVIDIA Ge Force 9300 GE 512 MB enough for the game?

Sorry, no chance.

That one is worse than this OP Author's 8500, it seems:

http://www.gpureview...1=600&card2=443

Since I thought that the majority of 9300s were "Mobile" in nature, that may be a dead end. Checking back, it looks as if there were some discrete cards with that number, and they appear to be modified versions of the 8500, with half of the memory bandwidth, which REALLY cripples those!

P. S.  (For the OP author) When anyone starts out with a chip on the shoulder, demanding a refund for not paying attention to plainly printed warnings, the sarcasm level is potentially somwhat higher, but "rude"?  If that's what you think, sorry, it was not intentional.
