Is is right that a ban of a customer's EA account prevent the banned customer from accessing single player content?

I feel this guys pain, I had my account permanently banned by EA Madden forum moderators for violating the TOS "multiple times". This is where I had a problem. I had been suspended before, but was only for 72 hours for making comments on the Madden forums regarding their P.O.S. game. I may not have at my nicest at all times, but they couldn't wait to drop a perm ban on me and I know this because:

-once you violate the TOS, you receive an email warning. I only received one then a 3 day ban
-since I received no other warnings, I had no idea I had committed any more infractions

Since EA has my correct information, this ban carries over to any and all games related to EA and their subsidiaries. I had no idea that was the case, more importantly, I had no idea Bioware had been purchased by EA. The only game I EVER bought from EA was Madden, and every single post I put on their forum was either constructive, helpful, or laced with sarcasm toward the game and I almost always attempted to provide feedback that would help make the game better.

I found out through a conversation with a site admin that they didn't like me and considered me one of the biggest trolls on their forum. (They really didn't like what I said). The forum admins are unapproachable, and unchecked. Their power to suspend is irrefutable. There is a tier system withing the support system, and the forum admins are about a level 2. I have spoken with many managers and all of them refuse to reinstate my account or even look into the matter.

If it weren't for Bioware games I could care less about my Ea account, but I can ill afford to get another xbox live account simply to play the dlc that I bought for ME1 and ME2 much less re purchase that content for the new account. I should have followed my internet rule....never ever use your correct information.

Err....you do know you can use the content on your machine with another SN short of Avatar items right? So yeah..just make a new live ID?

To answer you Brown, trolls are plentiful. If only we had knights to go out and deal with them.
