I have entered the mansion, killed all the Shades etc - found the door to where i assume Danarius is but it is locked - i have no key, no rogue, and i cant leav the mansion!!

Anyone had this experience?  What the ........ do i do??

Search downstairs for a key. Hold down tab if you have to.

Been round everywhere - only thing i cant get to is a locked chest - but with no lockpicker cant get in - normally i would leave the area and return with my rogue but cant leave the house either

The key was on the body of a demon iirc, should be in the loot that's dropped.

The key is in the loot from the rage demon you killed (probably) last.

Defo killed the demon, defo collected the loot - cant get through the door.............

There are two rage demons in the building, The one encountered last should drop the key (pretty much in the furthest room possible).

Yes, have killed two of them, the whole explorable area outside of the locked door is clear

Possible script failure in that case I suppose. Reload an earlier save and try again (it's not a very long mission to begin with, there might be an autosave from entering the building).

Thanks for all your help - just reloaded from the autosave and replayed - the second rage demon dropeed the key this time!
