Sup, had this problem suddenly arise where the title menu works for about 6 seconds, then it all freezes up.
Tried a few things including turning off v-sync, full screen mode among other things. I have a strange feeling it's something to do with connecting to EA servers although it's only an inkling.

Some help on this would be appreciated.

While the "Contacting Dragon Age servers" message is displayed in the bottom-left corner of the screen, the main menu cannot be used. Wait for this message to disappear (it will be replaced with "Linked to EA account" once you are connected). After this, you can access the main menu.

That's what it freezes on, while it's connecting.

Same thing happens to me. It freezes when it says "contacting the dragon age servers." The rotating circle thing stops moving and that's it. Anyone know how to fix this?

Use any Search other than the poor excuse provided here on site, add the requisite redirection, and a good set of criteria. I am sure there have been plenty of threads with actual fixes included.

Man your as helpful as a wood tick, is this a cut and paste answer for you? The issue is most people a) have already looked somewhere, and are asking because they cant find find it or dont have the time to look through 400 posts of random babbling not to get an answer, thats what forums are for. And since i see no Mod or bioware anywhere near your name either STFU or post something useful.
