Although I had romanced Anders in the game, and found out he was lying to me prior to the end, when he blew the chantry...I was like WTH did you do? You've just killed those you were trying to protect you idiot! (Although I also understood the getting rid of the middle ground) I understood motivations and loved him, and said up to the end I was on his side, and I sided with the mages......I killed Anders. Knifed him right there. Very sad....*sob*

Sebastian, even before killing Anders was on my side as was Varric and Aveline. And of course Merril. Fenris left to side with the Templars, but then came back. Isabella took off before end of Act 2 and never showed up again. (Where is that Qunari Book????? I was hoping she would show up so I could kill her. I liked the Arishok and really hated killing him)

Get to the Gallows, final rally talk sequence (done even better than DAO IMHO), and Sebastian is like "I've never met a woman like you before, well if we...nevermind, I shouldn't distract us right before..." (paraphrased as best as I can remember.....and again I was like WTH? You just saw me knife some guy I was in a realtionship with for 3+ years and you're thinking about that?" Dude!!!! (Is Sebastian supposed to do that? I had flirted with him....but he was like, "you've got Anders..." and that was that)

Then at the end, Varric tells Cassandra that we all took off, then went our separate ways...except for the Champion and Anders....again, WTH? Anders is DEAD!!! I knifed him myself! (unless knifing him doesn't really kill him due to Justice/Vengance)

Patch me please! I want to be able to sob that I killed the guy I loved, while understanding it was the right thing to do. And I don't want to think to myself, eh....I've got a ready and willing guy in the wings for a rebound!

There are a few bugs i've come across, but it seems whoever you romance, Varric says you and said romance run off together in to the sunset basically.

I've heard some people that have had the ending where the Champion and Isabela went together when they didn't even romance her.. so yeah i'm just hoping for the modding community to pull us out of this crap, or Bioware to release some decent DLC that fills the gaps.

yea mine said a ran off with isabell ...and my LI was merril ...also isabella ran off in act2 in my game never to be seen again yet i ran off with her

Okay good! The endings are buggy. Please, BW release the toolset!

I just replayed the scene at the Gallows when you talk to your companions, for my husband, so I could get another opinion of what Sebastian said at that point and even my husband was like "WTH?"

Thats exactly what happened do me, hopefully its only a mistaken flag in the ending and in future dlc/titles it references Merril is my LI.

Some people have said the reason Isabela is mentioned is because they agreed to be her crew.

Also, Sebastian isn't even a real LI. Quite a few people are bothered by that, but that may be why. So that flirt may have just triggered it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one.  I romanced Merrill but in the end Varric claimed Isabela was the one I ran away with.  I was like ....uh no we were just friends...it was Merrill my MHawke loved

I told her I couldn't leave Merrill.  Isabela did say bring her but I couldn't answer that suggestion.

I just completed the game there now Merrill was my LI and Varill said "everyone left the champions side... except for isabla of course" and i was like...? replayed it again from my last save just before the ending and the same thing happened...was REALLY annoyed like enough to be all grumpy and post something on the forums... stupid Isabela, never saving her life again >< I turned down her offer to join  the crew so i wouldn't have my character stuck with her...
