I've got the Blood Dragon Armour in my original DA:O saves and I've looked up that having the armour in either DA:O or ME2 should unlock the armour, and yet nothing has come up. I've tried re-downloading the armour onto my DA:O game but nothing has changed and there's nowhere suggesting what the error might be. Please help me out, Bioware!

Be sure that your EA account (the one that has the Blood Dragon armor from Dragon Age: Origins or Mass Effect 2) is the same account you use to play Dragon Age: 2. Additionally, check your "Entitlements" page to see if you've unlocked the armor for the said account by going to [Profile] > [Your registered game content] or by visiting the following link:

• http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

If your Entitlements show that you've unlocked the armor (under the correct system/platform), log into your EA account when you boot up Dragon Age 2 and check the Extras menu to see if it's been unlocked there. IF the armor is unlocked for your account (via the Entitlement page), but does not appear unlocked in the Extras menu in the game, be sure to check the chest in Gamlen's house to see if it is available there.

Currently, there is an issue w/ bonus items not showing up as "unlocked" in the Extras menu even though they show they've been unlocked in your Entitlements. This does not mean, however, that the item is not in the game. It very well could be.

I've tried checking out the link but it doesn't show up there either, in my Mass Effect 2 or DA:O. It's troubling because they ARE in my games, I just can't work out why they don't process in DA2.

I too am having this issue, I have my old download sheet for the Blood Dragon Armour sitting right in front of me, tried re-entering the code on my account but it says I already used it: Yes I know I did, I have it in DA:O but it doesn't show up in my entitlements and it's not unlocked in the Extras menu of DA2 either :/

I might have a stupid question but how would i get the blood dragon armor for Da:o?

If you have DA:O UE you can register your copy and it will unlock the blood dragon armor.

I have the Dragon aGe Ultimate Edition. I have tried redownloading the Blood Dragon armor but it still wont how up in DA2

I used to have the ultimate edition but I traded that in a while ago. I recently got DA:O again but this time the regular edition and the Blood Dragon Armour still shows up. I'm not entirely sure what's wrong.

Okay guys, I found the solution.
Basically, you have to check your entitlements and make sure you have it.

If you do have it, then make sure the account you are using to sign on to DA2 is correct, and the same one with the content.

Now, turn off the automatic log in, because it doesn't allow your account to refresh with the new settings-or so I assume.

I logged out, logged back in, and boom! Not only did I get the Blood Dragon Armor, but a couple other items as well:
Boots, book, and one of the swords,

I hope this helps y'all like it did me.

And when I say turn off the automatic log-in, I mean to say, turn it off at the main menu within the game.

ehm, sorry but I get no problem with my old account to retrieve all the bonus items for dragonage 2 for the ps3..........and i always used the automatic log in. Miss only the Ser Isaac Armor (but of course i miss Dead space 2 game

But is true: check your account settings "your registered game contents"

mine doesnt show up in registered game contents but i have it eqed in da-o why is that?
tryed loading up da-o and making a new char that has it in bag and saving still nothing ;(
anyone got any clue why? would like an reply since its showing up as downloaded in da-o and my chars get it but it doesnt seem to show up here like the rest of the items and yes im sure its teh same account as the other one i can even see me char in the profile here wearing it
