As the OP said, I don't see it posted here on the Social Network either.  There is a thread over at dragonage.com however.

Other D2D customers should check their email.  They should have notified you through the email you bought the game with.

Do we know if other Download services will let you preload?  I preordered through Impulse, for example.

I was pretty excited to get my preload email today at work. I know I'll be leaving that running as soon as it's available (12EST for me I believe, or 1pm)

I switched my pre-order over to D2D. I've used them many times and have always been satisfied. Pre-loading trumps everything else.

Steam has confirmed pre-loading via email. I posted a thread about it. Thank you everyone for switching to D2D - more bandwidth for me!

In my email I got this link.

EDIT: The subject title of the email was "D2D Customers: Load your Dragon Age preorder file early!"

Uh, via email (actually steam support ticket, I guess). It's at the end of this thread on the main site.

Now Impulse look like chumps since they are the only ones who say they aren't offering pre-loading.

Leaving and cancelling Steam Preoder if possible (i ordered like over a month ago) just cuz I can't stand how they run their business any longer.

Man do they treat their customers like complete crap, I have dealt with numerous problems many times with D2D and Henry over there at D2D delivers support like no other.

Unlike Steam which hides behind a computer screen and does very little and gets childesh responses back. They even called me a troll and issued penalty points to me when my browser accidently posted 2 messages in the support forum and I edited one and made it empty and hit save... on top of that when i confronted them on how rude that was, they simply defended themselves and kicked me out and closed the support ticket.

Also, gives me a reason to upgrade to that strategy guide download that will be fun to peruse through :)
