I ran across a bug in the Black Emporium Maker's Sigh potion ( the potion that allows you to reset your talent and attribute points). The bug lets you get almost double the talent and specialization points you had before taking the potion. I only noticed this after respeccing my char and found a few talents I got rid of had returned.
Details:
1. Go to the Black Emporium and buy the Maker's Sigh
2. Drink the potion. At this point all of your attribute and talent/spec settings are cleared, and the points are returned.
3. Don't level up yet.
4. Save and exit the game
5. Restart and load the save
6. Now go to level up.
7. The attribute and talent points you haven't spent are still available. However, if you look at your skill tree, you'll notice that most, if not all, of your previous talents are still selected, and you have the "extra" talent/spec points yet to use.
I can't be sure if this is a bug in just my character, or not. I tested this at level 10 as a rogue. I had most of my talent points in dual weapons and assassin. When I took the potion, saved before leveling, exited the game, and reloaded, I had all of my previous talents plus the extra 10 talent points and a specialization point available to use.
At this point, you could purchase another Maker's sigh, and repeat the process, and double your talent points again. Basically, it looks like you can get unlimited number of talent points this way.
I wouldn't mind seeing this fixed soon since the po

I realized I suddenly had a lot more talent points (I respecced half a dozen times) but didn't pinpoint the issue like this. Good job!

There is a major bug with this, watch your health if you try it, I did it 3 times and found my health dropped to 1 before adding attributes and stayed at 1 health until past 20 const.

That's a nasty bug. I didn't see any issues in attributes when I was testing it, but I'm not surprised there are some.
