I brought from Steam, first the German version. Then I switched the steam settings to english and also the game´s settings to english. When I restartet I did not have any dialogue anymore. Funny, the scenes play but no one opens his mouth. The subtitles show, but no sound an no lip movements!!!

I de- and reinstalled from steam in english, but it did not help!

FIXED!

Opened dragonage.ini and found Locale=en-us but VOLanguage was still "de-de". I switched that manually to "en-us" and now it is working properly.
