Will she only appear in act 3 if you've romanced her? Is there no way to make her come back if you say that the qunari should have the tome and you have really high friendship with her?

Whether you tell her she can have the book or that she should give it to the Qunari when you're raiding the warehouse she will always run out and steal the book. I said she could have it, so she came back with the book. I'm not sure about if you said it belongs to the Qunari.
