I for one am very disappointed, I was getting really excited when I realized I could finally get into it, but it was just a big nothing thing! It's just boss fight after boss fight and exceptionally boring. The loot was pretty nice, but 75% of it was rogue equipment for me ( I'm a mage )
. I haven't played Origins in forever, but I remember when you had to go on those long quests for each of the factions, each of them lasted longer than the deep roads expedition! If only there was more to it...

Indeed. I was expecting more, especially from a dwarf thaig that has been untouched for many generations.

:L I was expecting more than 50 gold.
And more fighting.
And more fighting.

I'm glad it didn't drag on like the DA:O deep roads for one. If it ended at broodmother it was still too long if you ask me. Deep roads looked alot better this time around but I still didn't find them particularly interesting. I thought the boss fight helped change it up a bit though, up till that point I expected Dragon age fights to all be tank and spank.

I loved the Deep Roads expedition.
I found the primeval thaig really interesting. I also like boss fights in general, so we're going to have some disagreement there.
Really, I'm just glad it didn't take a lifetime to get through it like in DAO.
