I completed Sebastian's "Duty" quest. How do I get him into my party? He just walked away and now I can't find him to do anymore quests. I'm currently in the Deep Roads, so how do I get Sebastian to join my party and do more of the DLC quests?

Sebastian does not join your party until Act 2, at which point there will be more quests of his to do.

Isn't Act 2 the Deep Roads Expedition? Do I get him after that?

I'm pretty sure that the Deep Roads Expedition is the finale of act 1. When you got your new home, you can find him in the Chantry
