I've stumbled on quite a few, mostly the street-clearing night time bandit hunting quests, rare items here and there leading to turn ins to individuals...

I noticed a Chantry board, and I got the feeling that there should be a mage and templar board around too.  Is the "mages board" supposed to be the two quests you get from the apostate mages' railroad NPC in the docks?

I'm a very thorough player, I always take my time, exploring, unlocking codexes and reading them, visiting places at both times of day, scouring about for quests that aren't simply given to me automatically, and I'm wondering how much, if any, influence the chantry board (are there others?) has in Act 2 and 3.

Any advice on quest hunting would be greatly appreciated!

Was there ever anything on the Chanter's Board? I never saw anything there... but I didn't really notice it until act 3... The only thing I saw there was related to Sebastian.

I don't really have advice on hunting for quests... I just walked around every area repeatedly, and sometimes new enemies or some even was happening on the Wounded Coast, etc... read every letter and check everything that you see. Sometimes new areas open up in later acts, like that cave in Sundermount with the demons and golem merchant...

Chanter's board has 2 quests I know of in act 2(day). "bounty hunter", and "sketchy on the details". The bounty hunter is only available if you sent Grace to the circle during "act of mercy"(act 1). There are available quests depending on your Origin imported game. But otherwise, my best advice is to read all codexes. there are hidden quests like the pride demon/(achievement), xebenkeck(I think that's his name), and others. Reading the codexes gives you an insight into Orsino's secrets as well.
