Ended up withh Merrill throughout the game, but when the epilogue rolled around, Varric said that everyone went their seperate ways "except Isabela, of course."
Odd since Isabela permanently left my party in Act II.
I looked at the first two pages for a similar issue, didn't see one. If there is a similar problem, my apologes. Needs more search function.
Anyone else had this issue?

On other forums, some people are thinking this has to do with the impromptu "hook up" that can occur with Isabella early in Act 2.
I just denied her with the "broken heart" dialog option, I'll let you know how my epilogue turns out when I finish the game.
