I already playied like 12 hours, gonna do the Arishok mission in the 2nd part of the game... and didn't find the Black Emporium yet. I have the DLC installed of course, but no trace of it in the Kirkwall map.

Can you help, please?

Whenever you leave an area in Kirkwall and come to the area map screen where you choose a section of the city to go to it will show up. Small icon somewhere in the bottom-centre of the screen.

Did you get a letter on the desk in Gamlans house? When you read it, a quest to visit the BE is started. Although, oddly I was able to visit it before I read the letter.

i had the same problem, i went in my bioware account under and played around with it till i brought up all my downloaded stuff for that game and i had to manually download it ... hope it helps because it works for me now!

Are you sure you've logged in after installing it? I turned off auto-login for a while, and when I got the mage pack it didn't seem to appear either. Then I realised my error...

On the map. it appears during the day near (to the left of) Darktown's icon.

After you checked the info page here for it, did you load the game and log in (click on log in after it connects to the server) with the same account as you log in here with?
